What to include

So we can answer at once, without writing back to ask, include:

• the email address you sign in with
• the Organization and the Project
• the Monitor, by its name or the address it watches
• when it happened, with your timezone
• what you expected to see, and what you saw instead

When your question is about an Incident, press Copy report on it and paste the report into your message.
